Delete your Ihsan account
Request account deletion
Email [email protected] from the same email address you use to sign in to Ihsan. Use the subject “Delete my account”. We do not have a website mailer, so your email app is the secure way to send the request from your signed-in address.
We will confirm your request and delete your account and synced data within 30 days.
What we delete
We delete your email account, authentication record, and data synced to your account, including program progress and the optional records you chose to sync.
We may retain records that we must keep for legal or tax reasons, such as subscription receipts. Apple and Google control their own purchase records and subscription management.
Before you send the request
Signing out does not delete your account. Send the request before you lose access to the email address you use to sign in.
If you skipped email sign-in, you have no cloud account to delete. Clear or uninstall the app to remove the local data stored on your device.
