By downloading Ihsan or using dailyihsan.com, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service is provided by FD Digital.

The service

Ihsan is a premium habit and prayer companion. It is not a mosque, scholar, or medical service. Content is for personal development. It is not a fatwa and not medical advice. Cycle tracking, fasting tools, and habit programs do not diagnose or treat any condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the app for a child in your care (for example the baby tracker), you are responsible for that use.

Subscriptions and billing

Ihsan is sold as a subscription after onboarding. Prices, trial length, and renewal are shown on the paywall before you buy.

Payment is charged through the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules. Restoring a purchase uses the same store account you used to subscribe.

Your account and license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other users.

Availability

Prayer times depend on location, calculation method, and device clocks. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee times for religious obligation. Confirm locally if you are unsure.

We may change or discontinue features. The app needs a supported iOS or Android version and, for sync, an internet connection.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on prayer times, habits, or health-adjacent tools.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
